The hotel's overwater restaurant, Le Lotus is located near the sand-bottomed swimming pool and offers beautiful views of Moorea. The menu boasts gourmet meals and a selection of fine French wines.
The Tiare with its open kitchen is the heart of the hotel's ground floor, looking out over our stage, infinity pool, waterfalls and Moorea's spectacular silhouette and mountains. The menu ranges from light snacks and healthy salads to fresh fish specialities and specially selected meats from New Zealand.
This is where you can sip your favorite beverage or try an exotic tropical concoction served in coconut shell as you watch the sun setting behind the peaks of Moorea.
Le Lotus is situated at the secluded far end of the resort grounds with a captivating atmosphere under a thatched roof and over the lagoon waters. It's the most romantic setting with views out to Moorea.

Polynesian handicrafts are known for their extreme sophistication. Polynesian craftspeople (or "mama") create hats, baskets and mats with pandanus and coconut tree leaves. All items showcasing their skills and dexterity.
This natural aquarium that we have built for the pleasure of our visitors is unique in the South Pacific. When building the “Fare I’a" reserve, we recreated the natural underwater conditions found in the ocean by providing a constant flow of seawater where we have introduced corals, shells and tropical fish. We have now over 200 sea species of all sizes and colors.

The lights in the surrounding trees and its permanent stage planted with vegetation make it the natural place for a themed evening.
